ive got a curl bar and two 25lb weights on it sixty-five together and a fitness ball at the house to work with and i go to the ymca gym every other day. i run three miles in thirty minutes to start then i do abs or legs or arms for that day in the gym. i always wake up sore the next day. i feel good though i have more energy ive lost twenty lbs my muscles are alot bigger and more defined.
